LEED Silver Certified residential high-rise overlooking Grant and Millennium Parks. As the Senior Design Architect for the standard unit designs, Tim lead the unit design team to complete all plan work, detailing, specifications and coordinated with the base building architect and consulting engineers. Tim also managed the design and pricing side of customization process for the developer.
