A complete rehabilitation and adaptive re-use of the historic structure will convert the existing building into a year round facility offering first class theater productions, concert performances, dining options and special event spaces throughout the year. The redevelopment will polish this existing jewel on the Lake Michigan shore and elevate it to the level of the other major cultural institutions already gracing the lakefront.
